H-Level is for every individual who supports your church's security efforts, from hospitality and greeters to dedicated safety team members. This course ensures your team starts with the same foundation of situational awareness, de-escalation, and clear communication.

About the Curriculum
H-Level training gives your team the essential skills needed to perform security duties in a church environment. This course focuses on the practical fundamentals every team member must master before stepping into more advanced roles.
Your team will learn:
- Situational Awareness — recognizing early indicators and identifying suspicious behavior
- De-escalation Foundations — responding calmly and confidently in a Christ-honoring way
- Communication Protocols — how to coordinate with your team and report concerns effectively
- Understanding Roles & Responsibilities — knowing what to do, where to be, and how to support others
- Responding to Disruptions — structured, ministry-aligned approaches to handling common incidents
- Safety Awareness Across Campus — protecting vulnerable areas such as children's ministry, lobbies, and parking lots
