A-Level training builds on hospitality skills and gives unarmed security team-members the structure, communication protocols, and coordination techniques needed to respond when something goes wrong.
This level supports SB-1454 compliance for unarmed teams and is ideal for ministries with a defined safety or security role.

L-Level training prepares your team to work seamlessly with local law enforcement, creating a coordinated response framework that enhances both safety and community trust.

OPERATIONAL SECURITY
O-Level training prepares ministries for the specific use of directing the use of firearms onsite. It is also a foundational training for any ministry looking to formalize as a Private Patrol Operator (PPO).
This level focuses on weapons handling, planning for high risk scenarios, and ensuring firearms are only used under proper PPO supervision to protect both the ministry and its people.
